| Biography Patrick Trefz lives and surfs in Santa Cruz, California. Before landing a job as senior staff photographer for Surfer Magazine, he dug ditches. Patrick is currently working on his first feature length 16mm surf film due to release in Sping 07. Patrick shoots film and is most passionate about black and white photography. He employs a variety of cameras including 6X17 panoramic, 35mm 1/2 frame, his dad's old Rollei, and a standard 35mm for water and action shooting.
