Karl Mackie is a photographer & designer based in Cornwall, best known for his traditional film work on the sea & surf culture around him which has become his trademark look & style. Away from camera’s & pencil’s he is the creator of the ‘Born to the Sea‘ surf brand, shaping and documenting surfboard building on the north Cornish coast where he resides with his wife and son.
