Lucia Griggi’s National Geographic Traveler photo

Surf photographer Lucia Griggi has one of her photos in the running (in the Sense of Place category) for the 24th annual National Geographic Traveler Photo Contest. Over 12,000 entries were submitted to the contest. The official voting has ended, but you can view all the photos and rate Lucia’s photo here. The judges will soon pick the winners and announce them in August. Our fingers are crossed for Lucia!
